Both. You can engage us on a fixed-fee per-tender basis (for BQ preparation, digital quantity take-offs, or tender pricing during peak bidding periods) or on a dedicated monthly retainer where we manage your ongoing post-contract progress claims, variations, subcontract administration, and CVRs.

Every take-off, BQ, payment claim, and variation valuation undergoes our mandatory two-tier internal Quality Assurance review by a Senior QS before submission. We provide fully colour-coded marked-up drawings and cross-referenced Excel workbooks so your team has 100% auditability and accountability.
